USA Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States, regardless of product type or quantity (please note that taxes are not included). Panels are packaged in boxes of two and shipped via UPS to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
If your order includes more than 15 panels, please contact us at hello@artpanel.ca. We are happy to discuss freight shipping options to help minimize the risk of carrier-related damages and potentially reduce shipping costs.
Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska
We also ship to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Shipping costs for these destinations will be automatically calculated at checkout, based on the total quantity and weight of your order to ensure accurate shipping fees.
Tax-Exempt Orders
If you are a tax-exempt customer, please send your tax exemption certificate along with your order details to hello@artpanel.ca before placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue tax refunds after the order has been processed without prior documentation.
